Jio still has a lot more for you in 2019

Mukesh Ambani's Reliance owned Jio has launched one after one service in India. Jio still has a lot for its consumers in 2019.

1.      Jio GigaFiber

 After a huge success of Jio telecom, Jio has launched its broadband service called Jio GigaFiber but commercial service is still remaining to rollout. Testing of Jio GigaFiber is being conducted. Jio GigaFiber has two components Giga Router and Giga TV. It aims to connect 50 million families.

2.      Big screen smartphone

      Jio is also going to launch a big screen smartphone next year as the company executive told The Economic Times. Jio is already in talks with American contract manufacturers Flex. Jio has already expanded its user base by launching JioPhone, which is improved with Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps etc.

3.      Jio VoWiFi

This service from Jio will allow users to call over the wireless network through Wi-Fi. This will improve connectivity in poor connection areas.

Jio also has its mobile application segment, Jio offers a number of apps exclusively for Jio SIM user Like JioTV, JioCinema, JioSaavn, JioMags, Jio4GVoice, JioNewsPaper etc. Earlier this month Jio merged its music app JioMusic with Saavn to give users a better music experience. Its look like that Jio is going to expand the mobile application segment.

4.      JioBrowser

      Recently in December 2018, Jio released a browser for its Android users. Users have started downloading and it got superb Play Store ratings from its users.

5.      JioMotive

     

This app is under construction however, you can install the app and become a beta tester. This app is made for car owners, it will keep an eye on car’s health, fuel, speed and temperature etc. JioMotive has the capability of geofencing, means you’ll be able to make virtual boundaries and JioMotive will notify you if boundaries are crossed. The app can also work as a navigator.
