Paytm launched subscription based loyalty program 'Paytm First' to take on Amazon Prime & Flipkart Plus.

Paytm first is priced at Rs. 750 and offers an annual subscription for Zomato Gold, Viu premium, Gaana, Eros Now, Sony Liv and Uber.

The fintech giant Paytm has launched its loyalty program called Paytm First to take on Amazon Prime and Flipkart Plus. Paytm has partnered with top internet companies to attract more user base and maintain active users. The brands Paytm has partnered are Zomato, Viu, Gaana, Eros Now, Sony Liv and Uber (including Uber Eats). For the first year, the user will get a cashback of Rs. 100, it means you will cost Rs. 650 for the first year.

Speaking at the launch Deepak Abbot, Sr. Vice President Paytm said:
We are happy to have partnered with leading players from their respective verticals during the initial launch phase itself and we will continue to expand the 'Paytm First' program with more benefit and value to our customers.

There would also be exclusive offers for shopping on Paytm mall with unlimited free shipping. Paytm First customers will get over Rs. 1500 cashback including Rs. 100 cashback on movie ticket booking each month.

Both e-commerce giant Amazon and Flipkart had already offered Amazon Prime and Flipkart Plus respectively to get more user base.

This feature is currently available under the beta program for Android. It will be available publicly by midnight 5th March and should be available for iOS users by 6th March.
